happy belated birthday to keith and nono
and happy birthday to wanting (:

there's going to be a motivation talk by this australian guy called nick. He's got no hands, no legs ( a tiny tiny one as big as my 3 fingers) and guess what, he's still smiling his life away, being able to do normal things like us, like swimming and such.its going to be great, just come on down at FCBC ( expo, max pavilion hall 9 ) at 1.30 tml (:

i just spent 120 bucks on this weight gainer i bought online, so i better get fat.

i want to apply whatever i've learnt from God.
i hope i can, i know i can.
the way i feel abt my life, and abt myself. its just so different from the 1-month-ago-me. i feel lighter, happier, more blessed.
and naturally, i'll continue to change.
