A DIFFERENT POST

oh well, this is just a different post from the ' parts ' i've been posting, and the continuation of part 3 ' part 4', will come soon


i like birthdays, be it others or mine, because it brings friends together, brings families together. it is this presence of the bond you share with your friends and family members that makes birthdays meaningful.

you don't have to wait for your birthday for that to happen
the only difference between your birthday and other people's birthday is a mere temporary thing called attention, although theoretically it means presents as well

does it matter who gets the attention?
everyone will still be happy at the end of the day


to me, my birthday has to be meaningful.
its only meaningful when i share it with my family and friends
because if they don't smile, how can i possibly bring out a smile ?

a birthday is a mark of your new age
and for your friends to show their appreciation

i just want to tell my friends that i am already much appreciated by them
and they will still be appreciated by me

to lix, thanks for the happiness you've given me, including tomorrow

to my family, i'm loved
